What do I need to complete my system?

Yes that amp kit will do you fine, they are a respectable company.

You can have your subs running with just those items, as long as you have an after market HU, other wise you will need some extra parts for the stock HU.

Why did you choose that amp?

Yeah, I have a Kenwood KDC-MP4028, so everything's good there.

And I chose that amp because when bridged it puts out 175 watts per sub, which is what I need, and it's a reliable brand. I can get it for less than $150 on Ebay.

Why? Do you have a better suggestion?

Besides the sub setup and all that you might want to think about the rest of your system, if you dont already have a good compoonent setup for the front stage your going to be sorry if you got the sub setup first, its probably going to overpower it quite a bit if its stock

Out of curiosity, where did you order the box from?

That's pretty much everything to get your bass going. Couple points to look at after installation will be, Sound deadning. Is any needed? And electrical upgrades, Will you want an after market battery.

That's about it.

Alright, check the sig for my front stage. The reason I don't have components is I don't really have the money to get a pair AND a good amp for them, and I don't have factory components in my truck, so I'd have to find a place for them, and I really don't want to do that.

It gets loud though. Louder than all of my friends, and it's only 2 speakers, which might just mean all my friends have crappy front stages. And they do.

And Moe Lester built the box for me, so I am 110% confident in the quality.

I don't plan on Sound deadening because I don't have that kind of time, and road noise isn't an issue for me.

As for the electrical, I figure 350 watts shouldn't be too much of a burden, but if it does I'll replace my battery with an Optima. If it still drops, I'll do the BIG 3.

And is that Kicker amp I mentioned a good pick? The comments from the first guy threw me off, as I was told this was a solid amp choice.

Solid amp, yes, but I was just curious because you could find something cheaper that will give you the same power. What are you paying for it?

And I doubt you will need any electrical upgrades, and if you have dimming, do the Big Three BEFORE you get a deep cycle battery.
