what do i need 2 plug in a demo car???

hey guys, im in need of info on how i would go abouts pluggin in a demo car, i wanna b able to run my screens lights and audio system without running the car......ive seen this done many times at big shows but i dont know what the item is a power inverter a converter a power pack what the hell??? i just know i need 1 hahaha.....

I imagine its just a larger than normal battery charger built into the vehicle somewhere.

i have seen them dont recall what they are called they just clamp on to the battery terminals and then you just plug the machine into the wall and i guess it converts it to the car.

im sorry its called an ac/dc power supply not inverter
