what box should i get for a DD 3512

I'd tune the box to 35 hz for daily.

Many SUV peaks at 42-48 hz btw.

how many SPL cars do you think peak at 40 hz. most are tuned way above 50 hz.

it will give higher, and its simply a starting point for an SPL setup, but no way in hell is it a musical tuning!

actually the 9500s are one of th most efficient woofers on the market... hence they break records.....

you don't know the difference in sensitivity and efficiency... he DD woofers ARE VERY EFFICIENT.. IE you can put them in larger than normal boxes and use alot more port area... making the SPL potential greater for a given power... the 9500s have a 1w1m sensitivity of 93DB..... don't mistake the stiff suspension for low efficiency...
