Well, if you are gonna spout that your truck "has" a certain chip in it, dont you think you hold some sort of responsibility to the reader that you are providing factual information? The fact that you said 'it has a 111hp chip in it' and then back pedal later, calling your dad the liar etc etc is EXACTLY one of the many reasons why your word is shit here. Duh?

As for 50 people here saying it to make it true. How about you run out and research if ANYONE makes a chip that even comes CLOSE to the numbers you spouted then? There are also people who go further to help promote laws that has to deal with ordinance, put down those who disrupt others with loud systems. Look at the history here,

I first got the multi sub system as a kid with too much money and not enough knowledge in car audio.

Reguardless of anything, the system DID sound relatively good and got very loud.

Later i realized that most people say it's a bad idea.

I explained thoroughly how my system could indeed sound good. And that my definition of SQ was sounding good and relatively flat to the ear at the time, that i wasn't saying it has a perfectly flat response on a meter, it was never metered FYI

Also with the truck.

I posted pics of the truck and install and mentioned the chip that i remembered my dad said was in it.

I asked dad for packaging and suprise, suprise he didn't know where it was some 8 years later, //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif that just sounds totally wrong!

I admitted that it's possible the chip didn't give that much power, that I or he might have been mistaken. and i really didn't know for sure (even so, i was ignored and treated as if i said, "no man, this thing is in the truck now, i'm looking at it, It exists", then i tried looking for comparable products to see if it COULD exist since i didn't really know how to prove it myself.

It should've been enough that i said nevermind, that was probably wrong, i don't really know, but it wasn't as you can see by hundreds of posts, that was completely ignored.

Finally, i got sick of the BS and just asked dad where in the truck the chip was, and he said he took it out for good when he re-built the transmission and did a lot of other work to it, because it was causing too many problems,and the truck was getting older. And he said it allready had enough power sincei was probably gunna wreck it soon anyway:crap:, well i never did, yet...
