What amp should I buy...

As some of you may have seen from my other posts. I am very dumb (and young and learning too) when it comes to car audio and learning.

Here's what I got tho...

Infinity Kappa 5x7’s (front speakers)

Infinity Kappa 6x8’s (rear speakers)

Infinity Kappa Perfect 12” sub

Pioneer DEH-P670MP HU

Kicker KX200.4 200W (4 ch. Amp for speakers)

Audiobahn 14 guage wire

Is that Kicker amp a good choice to power my speakers? and what kind of amp should I be looking for to power my sub? how powerful and if anyone has a link to one that would be nice.

Also, will 14 guage wire be good enough? or should I look at getting something bigger?

Im not quite familar with the specs on that amp/sub... But for wire you should look at probably 8 or 6 gauge... for the speakers, 10 or 12. LMW about the sub/amp specs, i dont have time to look em up right now. BTW... i like you. Wanna know why? G-UNOT. Smart guy.

14 awg will be fine for the speakers. What's the rms on the speakers and sub?

Somthing with around 400 watts RMS will power that Infinity nicely, just pick up a second Kicker amp that will give the sub around 400watts RMS(you can get away with 600 if you want).

oh sorry, I forgot to post the specs... I had planned to but forgot. Anyways..

for the Infinity Kappa Perfect 12.1 sub

Power Handling, Peak: 1400W

Power Handling, RMS: 350W

and for the speakers

Power Handling, RMS: 100 Watts

Power Handling, Peak: 300 Watts

You're off to a good start; If you're talking about the power wire when you say 14g, give it a larger one. Might as well just run the big stuff, if you wanna be loud, you'll need it later.
