Help bridging Orion Xtreme

I need help briding my Orion Xtreme.

I can't figure out how the heck to get stereo bridged output from it, i'm only gettin one channel which happens to be the left one! What are the correct placements of RCA cables? What settins for the rear + front (mono, mono combined, stereo). What mode and all? I'm so confused.
