You also got to through in shipping cost as well to get it to Australia in the first place. Even with a good size volume, your still going to be paying a pretty penny to get everything shipped to you. I don't know much about the Australian economy or business practices....but there are plenty of valid reasons why prices may be higher in Aus than here in the states. Higher import tariffs, higher business taxes, higher operating expenses, shipping expenses, higher employee wages/benefit packages, etc etc etc.....

Just because they are produced overseas (from the US), it doesn't mean that's where they are distributed from.
