and folded the rear seat down in my tahoe. little didi realize the power wire from the distro to my nine.1 was caught and got crimped and exposed wire which touched a ground. obviously my inline fuse at my batt fried. luckily i had already unhooked the nine.1. the fuse i blew is a 200 amp fuse.

my question is, and ive searched but not found anything definitive either way, can i get bjuy with a 150 amp fuse to replace that one with? circuit city is the only place open right now with fuses, and even if i wait til tomorow when audio stores are open theres no guarantee they have anything bigger as the ones here local ****.

so what should i do? just go with the 150? or wait and holdmy breath that someone has a bigger fuse local?

yeah it sucked

try the 150 till you can get a 200. At worst, it will blow the fuse.
thats what i was figuring. should hae seen the look on my face as i went to adjust my comps and nothing happened. i was thoroughly shocked. when i saw the fuse i just got pissed and when i saw the power wire i was even more pissed.
