Well I did explain this in OP but I was helping friend move out of his dorm SFAU (Texas) and I was on my way back home (Louisiana) and got pulled over. I had it on me cause I bought it there and needed to get it home. An ounce will last about 6 dayz. Yea anything under an ounce is a misdo over an ounce is a felony. Plus I was crossing state lines and they were in seperate bags so I got the hole book tossed at me.
