Not in every case. For some reason they didnt just send him home because he isnt from here. He had a court date and everything too. They caught him at the border crossing with the K9. Plus my friends brother died 3 years in a federal pin in detroit and he said its filled with mexicans that got caught trafficking drugs to the US. so in most cases you do the time and then they send you home. They only just send people home when they are just trying to cross the border illegally.
