got the iraggi in a lil bit ago. problem solved. so i sent my MCR in for replacement under warranty. and they still havent shipped me a new 1 or even contacted me. its been over a week. i gotta call those fvckers

Glad to see we solved your problem.

The main cause of the problem you were having with the MCR alternator is the design of the rotor and stator. They are not very efficeint and need high rpms to turn on and produce current.

Sort of a like a high current amp design, you lose output at 4 ohm to gain it else where. Seems like theirs is a bad design to have that much efficiency lost at idle

well my prior MCR worked great. i think i just got a bad 1 this last time. oh well, my Iraggi handles my 2500+ watts at idle, hehe
