Weird text won't go away...

Alright this is for a received text.

It shoes I have a text in the top of the screen like normal, but it has a green arrow next to it, and is there as an unread message.

Weird thing is, no messages I receive ever have a green arrow next the them, and that I have NO unread or un-responded to messages.

only thing I could find is that you may have a picture message? I really have no idea considering I don't have the phone. But yes, take your battery out (turn your phone off first) leave it out for a minute or 2 and put it back in and start it up. It should say no more messages.

mine will do this sometimes and then eventually it goes away on its own. Sometime it means you have a message but your box is full

ive had this problem... mine was a browser message. go to your menu for "messages" not directly to your inbox which is probably a short cut. then from this menu you can see how many inbox, outbox, draft, and browser messages you have. it could be something your cell phone provider sent you that didnt end up in your inbox

might have a big message with pix or a file and it is taking a while to dl to your phone
