weird screws in dodge intrepid!

when buying a new cd deck, and removing the panel to take out the factory, I found 2 odd shaped screws blocking my way to a new stereo! I've been to everybody and nobody knows what to do about getting them out. They have a flat top, with 3 indentations going down the head, so it looks like a keyed screw of some type...I drew a pic as best I could. Thanks in advance!
