Weird noise coming from the amp at lower volumes.

When i turn on the amp and donplay any music this constant, non breakin static noise is there. really annoying. There are minor changes in the volume of this noise depending if im driving my car or pressing break pedals.

Now when i trun up the volume (average or lil higher than average), the music volumes cancels it completely.

what could it be? Amp, connections, wiring?

maybe but i dont think so. Coz i was using different amp grounded exactly same way. and no noise.

what hu you have? pioneer?

if it is a pioneer, then u have popped the grounding minifuse.
