Weird Clicking Noise from 1 Speaker?

The wire connecting to my left rear speaker got knocked loose and I believe I was driving with the speakers going with that one disconnected. Now that I reconnected it, I am getting loud alternator whine and a kind of fast clicking noise from only that speaker that was disconnected. Any idea what's wrong?

My system: Pioneer HU connected to 55 x 4 Amp and 500.1 Amp. Ground loop isolator on both speaker channels.
