Weird Buzzing/Distortion, Help!

I'm getting some weird distortion now from one of the speakers and barely any sound from the other. I replaced the LOC and nothing, then I replaced the RCA cables and its still there. Any suggestions on what to do next?

My ground is good, and at first it sounded fine then the noise only came after I turned the volume up. Now it wont go away and is constant.
