Weird Amp issues.......anyone want to help?

OK, let me give you an overview of the system:

Kinetik KHC1400 Battery

Panasonic cq-8400u HU

Kicker KX1200.1 Mono Amplifier

Kicker L7 12" Subwoofer

Fli Audio 4 channel 900W Amplifier (same as VIBE audio)

4 ohm components if front doors

4 ohm coaxial in rear doors

Wiring:

O gauge from battery positive to Kicker KX1200.1 Mono amplifier

150 AMP ANL fuse 6" from battery terminal

Distribution block inline with 0 gauge going to Kicker KX1200.1

0 gauge ground from Kicker KX1200.1 to body chassis (paint stripped, connection solid)

4 gauge from distribution block to FLI audio 900w 4 Channel Amp

4 gauge ground from FLI audio Amp to chassis(paint stripped, connection solid)

Interconnects:

10 gauge speaker wire from FLI 4 channel to each door

JL Audio RCA's from head unit to Amplifiers opposite side from Power

10 gauge wire from Kicker amp to subwoofer

Problem:

When the FLI 4 channel is powering the door speakers, and the car engine is not running, no problems.

When I start the engine I get cracking and cutout from the amp at med/high volume.

Things I Know:

Kicker mono amp has no distortion/cutout with engine on.

All connections are tight and tidy

Had a kenwood amp before this install, 350W, 2 channel to front speakers, no distortion with/without engine.

Voltage is good, voltmeter shows 14.3 volts even at high volume/subwoofer pounding.

So? What do you think is this issue?

Well, it's weird distortion. It doesn't humm or whine like you would expect from a ground loop issue. Basically works fine up to medium volume, as soon as you go a little higher popping and cracking from components. Keep turning it up an one side, either right or left, will cut in and out while the other cracks like hell. Turn off the car......everything works.

I was thinking I could run a reference ground from the back of the deck to the same grounding spot for the amps......

Haven't done big 3 yet. I was thinking that I should probably do that, but hadn't experienced any issues until now.

I did have some whining when the amp was first installed, moved the ground connection to the same point as my other amp, and that went away, but now have this issue. Tried to move ground back to original place and got whining and cracking.

I have run a larger ground cable( 4GA ) from the battery to the chassis, just not the entire big 3 yet....
