Weight loss pills?

A guy i know got huge pretty quick, he was using that creatin stuff and those milkshakes that have the same calories as a full cow in them.

Then again he went to the gym 4 hours per day everyday but sunday,then he got a job there. We were still in highschool and he was one of the biggest guys at the gym. he then stopped and he shrunk up some,STILL huge compared to most people but nothing liek he was.

Do it,take some roids and then freak out at people :p

 
Im not gonna start takin the juice... but I will look into some creatine shakes...

See when Im at work I sit here on my ***... 9 hours of a day... and just take calls. I eat... and sit. so instead of eattin shitty stuff Ill get like a chicken wrap. Or a chicken sandwich... or something with little caleries... (spelling is wrong so ignore that) but im gonna start drinking ALOT more water. And for a snack im eating those Baked Lays chips.

 
Don't go by your weight. Your lifting and gaining muscle, so your weight may go up and down based on many factors. If you're eating healthy and exercising you are burning fat. If you're really looking to lose a good amount of fat, I'd recommend cardio 30-40 min a day 4 to 5 days a week. I lost 25 lbs a while back on that type of program. Eating healthy is the key though.

Edit: make sure that cardio is being done at a moderate intensity level, I prefer walking at the highest incline on the treadmill or using an eliptical machine to begin with. Just walking regularly on a treadmill isn't that intense.

 
I mean all I have is a ab crunch thing.... idk what its called but you like lay in it.. with your head resting on the head rest.. and you put ur hands on teh side and sorta roll your self up.

I have a 25 pound weight that I curl and curl... and curl.

Then I do push ups.. and more crunch's and sit ups.

Can we please find ways to do this with out killing me. I know theres alot of people here who dont like me... but lets not take it to the extreme.

 
if you have only been doing this for 3 months, well you need to give it more time. I've only changed my life for 7 months now and I'm just now getting the cut, but not the size. I'm down to 189 pounds(was 248) with 12% body fat, and I'm 6'2". By summer, I will hopefully be a lot bigger.

What I'm trying to say though, give it time...if you stick with it it will eventually come. Like others have said, 80% of it is your diet. Just stick with it mang.

 
free weights or machines? if your going for the bulk look.....use free weights, alot of weight and fewer reps.
So when you say fewer reps and more weight, how few reps do you mean? Usually I do enough weight where I can just barely do 2 sets of 10, should i do enough weight where I can barely do 2 sets of 5? Or just start doin burnouts and increase the weight till I can't lift anymore. Sorry to hijack the thread ecko, but this should help you also, heh.
