free weights or machines? if your going for the bulk look.....use free weights, alot of weight and fewer reps.

Can we please find ways to do this with out killing me. I know theres alot of people here who dont like me... but lets not take it to the extreme.cycle ephedrine and lipo six, or ephedrine and caffiene if you want to start strong. BE CAREFUL! your heart will NOT like the eph caffiene cycle if you aren't used to it, and is potentially dangerous.
So when you say fewer reps and more weight, how few reps do you mean? Usually I do enough weight where I can just barely do 2 sets of 10, should i do enough weight where I can barely do 2 sets of 5? Or just start doin burnouts and increase the weight till I can't lift anymore.
