Weight loss pills?

Do that, but supplement with an ECA stack (ephedrine, caffiene, asparin) and you will lose fat and not muscle better than any other diet pill.
thats not nattural......dont be lazy just workout and eat right and you'll save money by not buying any pills or shakes or any of that nonsense.

 
weight loss is basically this simple 3500 calories=1 pound the idea is to burn more calories than you take in per day. fast weight loss can be very unhealthy. most doctors recommend not more than 1 pound per week tops. in all honesty, you should seek advice of your doctor before beginning a serious weight loss program.

 
for two months I excuzised and eat like crazy... I went from not being able to do a single pull up to being able to do 20... with out a problem.... but I DIDNT see a difference in me.... no one did... I looked like the chunky kid I always was.... I dont get it... I want to see... AND feel a difference. I Want my arms to get bigger and to get a 6 pack.

 
Start out with Conjugated Linoleic Acid(CLA) and take 3 grams daily. Calcium, you should be taking anyways, it says 500mg in this book but I just drink about 2-3 small glasses of skim milk a day. And finally, Green tea extracts, I cannot find the article atm to give you the proper dosage but go to a store that sells green tea, or extracts and ask them how much you need.

edit: I take green extracts, and have taken CLA in the past. Helped me out a lot.

it takes a while to see differences.....how long have you been lifting? ive been lifting hard for about 5 years now and it took about a year or so to see a big difference

To be honest... going on 3 months.

I feel the difference... I feel more energetic... I can lift more... but I really REALLY want to be looking good for this summer. I used to be a fat *** kid. I lost a good deal of weight and im happy with that... but muscale wise I dont think I look bigger... someone suggest steriods to me ... and im like UM NO thanks bro.

I just want to start looking it also now that I feel it.
