As for your argument,

Posessing weed is illegal, possessing car audio is not. The only time you can get in trouble for CA is if you are disturbing the peace, which you can do with any noise-making device

Owning car audio will not keep you from getting into any schools or jobs or school activities. Weed will.

If she needs weed enough to fight about it at such a young age, she has a problem. Weed isn't addictive, but she may be using it to drown out some personal issues that need to be addressed.

She's probably smoking behind your back when u don't know, you're best bet is to let her know how you feel but tell her you're not going to stop her from going out and doing what she wants because you respect her, but also let her know that you have needs to and if she can't fulfill them you'll have to go somewhere else (In her butt).

Illegal or not it is the same thing. It is an activity she likes to partake in and spend her discretionary on. Yours may be viewed as constructive from a politically correct standpoint, but still the same. IMO, she should tell you to stick it where the sun don't shine for flat out acting like her father. If you don't like it that much then move on. I never understood people who try to change their significant others. If you have to change them, then they aren't for you.

what alpine said is true, more than likely she does smoke when she knows shes not supposed to. i did it do my ex, she ****ing hated smoking, and i still did it. and i basically did it even more when she told me not to, just because i knew i shouldnt do it. either get over it, and sacrifice your feelings for her, or dump her. when you get older youll realize when you really do like some one, it all comes down to letting them just be happy. and honestly, once you smoke weed for over an extended amount of time, the paranoia goes away, and you feel more calmed down than anything else (unless you sit all day and non stop smoke, or smoke some killer *** weed)
