okay, so me and my gf just got into this big argumentshe used to smoke weed.. alright w/e.. i dont like it, never have

i think its a waste of time, money, and brian cells

id have always said id rather spend my time and money on car audio..

anyway

she hasnt done it for like 3 months since her borthday cause i said i didnt want her to

well tonight, we started to fight about it cause she wanted to go out w/ some friends and do it

and i said no, i dont want her being around ish like that, its illegal, i dont care

so she said, fine, if i cant smoke, then no car audio

she is tring to tell me i have to sell everyhting i own and shit..

w/e.. i asked her how its the same and she said "well, yer system is illegal too, you almost got arrested for it"

and im just like.. alright w/e.. and said i have to sell my touchscreen too because it had to do w/ my system

and i said, well, the 2 subs im putting in yer car isnt illegal is it? 2 6.5's.. yea okay

i mean, i guess im being a lil unreasonable not letting her smoke, but in all honesty, i just dont like the shit.. it pisses me off just thinking about her doing that..

on top of that, she got pissed at me last month because i wouldnt let her go to a 25 yr old guys house for beer pong (she was 16), but in her defence, she has gotten better w/ that..

weed - illegal substance, at least misdemeanor if not automatic felony and jail time cause of how bad govt. wants it off the street...completely waste of money, unproductive hobby, lose intelligence not gain it, i can't remember half of high school due to it....

car audio - not inherently illegal, can be a nuisance to the public, but all in all a productive hobby, teaches basics in electricity, how to work on cars, and grows interest in creating and developing life long goals...

the two are completely different topics, they just are, it's silly she would say that, she doesn't mean it, she is just angry that you would try to tell her what to do so she has to tell you what to do.

if smoking weed is something that is that important to her, and you feel that strongly against it (which by default your reasoning not to do it, will always trump her reasons to do it) and will not change. then maybe its time to start looking for something new, someone who shares some of the more intrinsic views of life with you...

i don't care how "good" a girl has gotten, there is no excuse to "need" to go to a 25yr old guy to get drunk, and if your in a serious enough relationship that you truly love her, then it is totally and obviously inappropriate for her to put herself in that position...
