wedge enclosure port

looking to do an enclosure that can be broken down into a wedge and a rectangle. however, the port will have to be on the slanted face of the wedge. I was wondering how I should run the port.

the sub is a solox and the port opening is shown above it. i drew the port the way i thought it could go but im not sure.

Why not port it across the bottom?

because there is actually another "enclosure" going there. that is only part of the entire box. ill post another picture....

its actually going to be an enclsoure with 2 subs with 2 ports

i thought about doing that, but if i do, i wont have a large enough angle to have room for the sub. meaning if the top is wider, the angled piece will be almost straight up and down, and it will not be long enough to fit the sub

Keep the port length constant throughout and you will be fine. ie. If you start with a slant, the port should also end with a slant

No you don't need to slant the end. Just make sure both ports are the same length and measure down through the center of the port like this:

The red line is how you should measre the port.

Why not make it all one box and port the bottom front of the box.

well its actually not that simple. i have a f-150 supercrew and i am removing the back bench and replacing it will 2 captains chairs. the enclosure will run between the rear captains chairs, from the center console to the back of the cab. the front of the box (the smaller side) will butt the center console and the larger side will be against the rear of the cab.
