wedge enclosure port

How are those ends on the top port not slanted //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif That's what I was talking about^^^The bottom port doesn't have consistent line length throughout
i was kind of thinking the same.....

Because you aren't intentionally building the ports with a slant. It is just the way the port acts when placed directly against a parallel wall. It behaves like that regardless of whether or not the port mouth is slanted on the baffle. But if it was not placed against a wall, you would not need to slant the inside mouth of the port, just make it flat and measure down the middle.

well, i've actually figured out the volume of the box with the ports not using a wall of the enclosure and im still at about 5 cubes.

so is this the right way to do it? the enclosure for the sub on the left is tall enough to fit the port running straight down. the enclosure on the right is not deep enough, so i will have to bend it. so is this correct?

well its actually not that simple. i have a f-150 supercrew and i am removing the back bench and replacing it will 2 captains chairs. the enclosure will run between the rear captains chairs, from the center console to the back of the cab. the front of the box (the smaller side) will butt the center console and the larger side will be against the rear of the cab.
