watts explained ?

What's the "right sound and volume" //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

You'd get less output than if you ran them at the sub's recommended RMS...whether or not that makes a difference to you, depends on how much output satisfies you...

Max Power: 1000 Watt (2 x 500 Watt)

There are a couple ways to take this.

Im guessing the max power for each sub is 500w, which would make the rms of each sub *ROUGHLY* 100-250 watts. Like someone said, there really is no set rule and you'd definatly need to find out before you look for an amp.

I think with a 300-400rms amp you should be pretty fine, if I am translating their claims right.

cool thanks for the help.
amp wise i had my eye on the Renegade REN-500

there not the most expensive amps, does anyone know if there any good ?

Stay away from any product (any product in general, not just amplifiers though it applies to amplifiers aswell) that does not indicate it's RMS power handling or output.

That amp you linked to, for example, makes no mention of it's RMS power output. Hence, steer clear.
