Im driving an extended cab silverado.

The thing is, this is already crazzy loud. my friend wanted to take a look at it, and listen, and we opened up the doors in a parkin lot, and it hit so well, pretty low (doesn't sound amazing in the cab that low while driving) and it was loud. just carried alot.

I know i havn't heard anything amazing, but i was thinkin about going almost 3k watts, but I doubt id need even close to that to be happy lol.

what im thinking now-

I really like the sundown amp line, so i want to go with an SAZ 1500d.

something clean, and powerful, but very reliable and consistent.

i was thinkin about running 2 15's... not sure if i even need to go that big, or if i would have the airspace to really let them sing. (i have back seat taken out, plenty of space to build 2 41/2^3 boxes)

i want something that will hit all the lows really well, but have a pretty solid sound quality. its a daily driver, and i don't want to push it to the limit every single day.

for ex. - my first plan was saz3000d on 2 hdc3 15's. they can take 2k+ (so ive read) but i only wanted to give them 1.5k. (safe and comfy)

i looked in to AQ obviously. I really like the DDaudio subs, and RE as well. Fi too.

would it be better to go with 2 700ish watt subs, or something like a 3515 from DD? (something bigger but just one) i know ill upgrade to something crazy in the future, but i want something just clean and loud, but don't need outrageous.

Check out a pair of type R on a AQ2200 that should get you loud enough on a budget..
