Bad knees suck. I had a bad shoulder before. Used to dead 315, squat 300, but if I went higher than 150 on bench, my shoulder would pop. I have taken a couple years off and am now slowly trying to increase weights. I hope if I go slow, my shoulder will be ok

It's so hard to get back into it. I don't think I will ever get like that again

People get way too serious up in here. It's just a suggestion. I never said I don't benefit from it but I sure as heck don't lose anything if you don't take advantage of it. If you don't like the idea, that's fine. Think it's a little over the top to tell someone to go die over something this silly. Then again, to each his own.

There are many alternatives, that is not being disputed. But only 10-20% of people use them because it isn't easy to do, keep track of, or is expensive. Once again. It is JUST another option. Take it or leave it.

I didn't intend for anybody to get so upset over being posted in the wrong section. I just didn't know if it'd work since I don't have product and I don't handle shipping or anything. I can relate. I had bad shoulders from swimming. The over flexibility prevented the muscles from supporting my tendons and ligaments.. I took time off from swimming and got into lifting slowly and try to take some glucosamine as well and it's a lot better... Just take it slow man.
