Wanting to lose some weight, gain muscle mass? Cheap?

I'd love to lose weight, but im cheap and lazy. So ive come to terms with being a raging fat asz. Btw you havent said how much it costs.
That's because I'd be wasting your guys' time making you read when you can just watch the quick video and get 10x more in less time. lol But it's less than $2 a meal.

Haha. I wouldn't RECOMMEND it. But if you're replacing 2 meals a day with this, you'll drop weight.

I just workout 3-5 times a week, mostly weightlifting and some cardio. Eating mostly healthy, save for the occasional junk once or twice a week.

I've tried P90X for 4 weeks. It was okay I just got really bored with it and have time to go to my gym. I'd rather just workout on my own and do what I like.

I agree that diet/nutrition is key to slimming down. I just ended my 1 month usage of Gaspari Nutrition Detonate. Wow! that stuff is great. Thermogenic properties, curbs the appetite well and not over stimulating. I'd recommend people to try that stuff out. However, I understand people like the structure and guidelines of a plan and challenge. I never weighed myself during my time using it, since I'm not concerned with losing weight but body fat. I noticed a decent reduction.

Losing weight or slimming down isn't really that difficult, I have pretty slow metabolism for how young I am. I like the Nike slogan, Just Do It! Once you get into the rythym of working out on a regular basis and start cutting out the junk food and alcohol it's easy.

Same.. Im in the gym 4-6 times a week and I just workout better than at home in front of a tv. haha. It's been proven that most people will lose by just making a change. No matter what it is. But this change is what 8 out of 10 people want/need/can afford. So, like you said, its structured and simple to follow.

 
Hey, I want to lose weight. Let me see how i can do this.. Cut back my total calories, burn more calores then I intake, and try to ingest enough vitamins and minerals so my body will function properly..

sorry to be such a skeptic, but none of the marketing explains their vitainmin/protein powder?! Whats so special about it? How is it filling, I would hardly think it was.. I'd rather go eat some chicken breast and sweetpotatoes and feel full..

Why isn't it mass marketed? Because then it would be like every single other dietary supplement in the world. Which ones work? Which ones don't? On the contrary, body by vi is only spread through word of mouth, therefore you know the product works. As far as vitamins go, it would be like saying my dad is bigger than your dad. But the one thing that is unheard of and really sets it apart, is that it has a tri-sorb protein. No other supplement in the world has it. So basically over the next 9 hours, approx, you're absorbing protein.

I understand skeptics, as I was one myself. But I have personally seen it work in many of my friends lives. I then decided I wanted to be on the winning team, so to speak.

 
O god, Body By Vi.... its a scam.... Its basically smoothies and health drinks blah blah blah... Had a bunch of people at my gym get ripped off by a guy doing this.

Its about like anything else.... if you eat healthy and work out you will see a difference
