I am an EMT and I have seen so many people suffering. But I got to thinking, "That's great I can help when they call, but what if I could help PREVENT most of their illnesses?" Yes, there is a BMW incentive, but unlike the hypothetical BMW that you hear about with other companies, my sister and her fiance are both qualified for there's, and were within the first 2 months.. So, its all in what you put into it. Put in work, reap benefits whether it be health and fitness, or monetary. Such is life.

O god, Body By Vi.... its a scam.... Its basically smoothies and health drinks blah blah blah... Had a bunch of people at my gym get ripped off by a guy doing this.
Its about like anything else.... if you eat healthy and work out you will see a difference

A scam doesn't work. A scam does not give back your money if you aren't happy with it up to 30 days. Body by Vi does both.

I'm not "selling" as in I don't have prices and ship stuff out to you, hence why it didn't go in a classified. If I refer people to go to Planet Fitness and become a member as my referral, I get 3 months free. It's the same concept. My friends and family enjoy using it, but the ones that don't use it, it's fine. I'm not gonna come to your house for dinner and then throw in a DVD and say surprise. It doesn't work like that. If I see a movie I like, I tell people about it. That's all I'm doing here. Only difference is, I don't get free movie tickets if you go see it. Don't like it, thanks anyway. No need to get upset. It's just a tool for getting healthy.

well goob has been supporting shady vendors for awhile now, nothing new here.

 
How I got down to the single digits in body fat last year... Ate baked chicken breast or ribye, whole grain rice, and broccoli 5 times a day in moderate portions. Breakfast was two natural peanut butter sandwiches on whole wheat bread. Lifted heavy low reps 5-6 days a week and did very mild cardio. 5 foot 7, 7% body fat, clean 285 squat, 315 pound bench full rep no bounce, 445 pound deadlift. A 50 gram protein shake in the middle of the night when I woke up starving cause you get use to eating every 4 hours. No supplements, money went toward food. Wife thought my veins on my 8 pack was nasty. I thought it was sweet. Drank nothing but water, 2-2.5 gallons a day and had to **** every hour.. Haven't worked out in many months and its still more then then it would of been if I did it with supplements.

Did I read it right that you were benching 30 lbs more than you were squatting?

Yes. I have bad knees. That's why I don't do as much anymore. Somedays stairs kick my ***. My inner quad got a bit larger then my outer and it pulls the tenden over my knee cap to one side. Still trying to get it right but I can't go heavy weight to build it up cause my leg shakes, and little weight makes it grind before it does anything. My weight stayed between 158-162 pounds depending on wake up or bedtime

 
Bad knees suck. I had a bad shoulder before. Used to dead 315, squat 300, but if I went higher than 150 on bench, my shoulder would pop. I have taken a couple years off and am now slowly trying to increase weights. I hope if I go slow, my shoulder will be ok
