wanting to do a wall in my pt cruiser. need opinions

my top pick for 8 would be the vfl or ct sounds meso 8, 10's i'd go probably c2 threatcon2, or if they made the threatcon 4 10's made..... any ssa subs, xcon,zcon,icon, hdc3 10's are mean and freakin slam, hdc4's would kill...AB xfl's are budget spl subs that are beastly too.... and AQ/SQ just made some new budget subs cheap, 10's and 12's.... those may be excellent bang for the buck I know their hdc line is monsterous.....

The new line are you talking about the hds?

Just 2. A civic with 2 18's and a Tahoe with 4 15's, but IV seen tons of pics all around and alot of them are 18's and 15's. I really want to go with 8's or 10's so I can get more. I'm not worried about running into problems later or the wiring. We can take care of all that, no biggie. I want something to be proud of when I show it off and I like multiple subs. They look cooler and I think alot if people would agree they do look cool. if I was trying to win a comp I'd go with 15 or 18's. This is more for show, but obviously still hit hard

oooo yeah on that budget, last time I seen vfls 8 they were like 115 ish so you could do some nasty things with 10 of those on ample power.... on that budget too you could do like 8 c2 12's, maybe some IA 21's that would be nasty.....

That's what i'm in the process of doing now, C2 Threatcon 2's 8 15's It's my semi budget build. They would be way better than Lanzar Max series any day. I'm with the 4-15's but half decent subs would blow away a bunch of crap subs.

I was only looking to spend roughly 12-1300 on subs.

gotcha. I missed it, sorry. with that much I'd definitely pick a better quality sub or as you said get used to replacing subs.

Do you have pics or a build log? I'd be interested in seeing it. 8 15's sounds wicked lol. What's anyone think of the hds from soundqubed? The 2 or 3. I like the way the look and closer to the price I'm looking for. If I get 10's I'm gonna do 10. If I get 12's I'm going to do 8. If I get 8's Il do 12 and if I do 18's which would be loud but not really the subs I'm after I could do 3 possibly 4.

10 obsidian audio 10's would be the best bang for the buck set i can think of. 110 on preorder now and with that many ordered u may can get a discount. My 12's got nasty i would love to see 10 10's.

Where do you order the obsidion audios at? I'd like to take a look at them. You guys have given me alot of suggestions and keeping my mind open. Thanks for that. Of course I want something im going to love but I also want other people to envy it too lol. Can't do that with lanzars, which is what made me start this thread.
