if it was a epic160 for cheap, i would consider it, link didn't do nothing but send me to a website and i have no idea what i was looking for, batts are nice but i'm not driving to pick up!!!!

i gotta ask whats a hair pin alt?

its an alt that is better than regular alts .they last longer and have more out put at idle .i have 2 of them they usually go for $500 - $700 each .fr example a reg 300 amp alt may have 170 amps at idle and 300-320 at 2000 rpm , a hair pin alt thats 300 amp will have around 270 at idle and 340 at 2000 rpm and will last many year longer than a regular alt . most alts over 200 amps aren't made for everyday use or driving ,but hairpins are .
