Wanting ideas of a new box for 3 18" Death Penalties (pic of current setup inside)

I've thought of selling these to go with something else but then I realize that this equipment has a lot of potential if I can just get it right. I drive a 99 Explorer and have DC 250 alt, 600AH in batteries, two IA 40.1 amps and my three 18" DP's wired to 1.5 ohm. The problem is my box I think, which is very peaky and like 14.5 cubes tuned to 36hz with two 10" ports in a wall behind my rear seats. I metered it and hit 150.0 sealed up on the dash playing music, which I feel is a pretty weak score for the equipment. Thought about doing a bigger ported box but with how much power I have, I thought the smaller box would help the subs handle the power of the two 40.1's at .75. I also thought about doing a 4th order, 6-7 cubes sealed 14ish cubes ported, thought about going back to sub up port back, just don't know what to do. I still want to use my back seats, so without using that room I have max dimensions of 41.75" wide by 33.5" high by 32" deep which is about 22 cubes inner dimensions and after sub displacement. Talked to galatic a few times about a 4th order, but just not sure what will be the best. This is a daily driver, that I want to hammer the lows but still put up respectable numbers. I really like the way my setup looks, but should have spent more time tuning before everything, but just looking for some ideas.

Then here is an idea I drew up of a 4th order.

With only 14.5 ft3 that's only 4.84ft3 per sub and the 2 x 10" ports with no flares is nowhere near enough port volume, if you have 22ft3 to work with , why not go with a slotported enclosure 6ft3 per sub and around 250 -280 sq in of port volume tuned between 30-35hz per IA specs, and brace the hell out of it.

Would love to have more port area but due to the size of the baffle there is no room.

I cant help with 3 but I can tell you that you need a bigger enclosure. I run 14 cubes for 2 DP 18s and have 200 sq inches of port tuned to 31hz. Does a 153 on the termlab.
Nice, wish mine did lol
