I would say the 13.5w7 would be louder considering you were taking the pole as the subs had the same amp running to them or what not? Ikesound.com has many good amps that are cheaper than 400$ like the jbl bp 1200.1.....ask alaxan though he seems to know the most around here...or at least a whole bunch.....hope that helped....

JBL is quality actually its hard to find an amp that will give you 1200 true watts and more for 285$. Also it is in the top rankings for power and selling....If you want somthing bigger or as you call it better....then give Alaxan a private message he can help you real well...

Want to go with a TOP quality amp? McIntosh, followed by a string of others. Cadence, Orion, Memphis......high quality amps are always rated slightly under or are well worth the extra few hundred dollars they are asking or going for. JL, JBL, Kicker.....all are good examples of good amps, but you have to decide most of what you are going to do with what you have and how much you are willing to spend on it. Have a few extra dollars to spend? Go with a McIntosh.....Want to go on a slightly lower end budget and get good power? Nakamichi, Orion, Cadence.....there is a large list of good and high quality manufacturers it all depends on the system and set up and budget.

Have crossfire 1000watt 1ohm stable for 300$ used for less than year for some L7's but I got a new autotek so now I 'm selling it. Its in perfect condition and still has a few months on the warnitee, sorry di,t know how to spell.
