Want to go Louder

As stated... if the enclosure is sufficient and the subs will handle the added power... in a perfect world, you should gain 3db from doubling power.

Im sure its the same in Canada.

Bottom line is 2 10" 10W6 in 2ft3 net on 1200 watts ought to do ok.

But if you step-up to 2400 watts and do electrical to support it, then do an enclosure for those Alpine X-10's on that power... it ought to gain.

2 or 3 db would be what I'd expect... maybe more as the current box you got is in question.

First 3ft, then 2ft net... IDK

Redo it if you can... you might do ok...

I'd give it a shot but don't expect 5db of gain man.

Thanks Shredder2. Would the 2 12 sealed be a bit louder since its more cone area on same power? Or would the 2 10s ported kill the sealed setup? Im trying to achive what this guys has in the video below.

IDK... I haven't ran sealed since the mid 90's.

I swear by a ported enclosure's efficiency and output.

Yellow... 2ft3 on 1200 watts with 2 10W6

Red... 3ft3 on 1200 watts with 2 10W6

White... 2.9ft3 on 2400 watts with 2 X-W10D4

Looks like a lot but in the real world you'll probably get 2-3db and that's a big change... possibly more if the thing is done absolutely right.

It IS a trunk install correct... tricky to get a bunch out of something in the trunk in my experience.
