I am doing a system in a 2010 camaro currently and we are considering putting and 18 inch BTL in the truck and a huge port firing into the cabin. So if I get it done I will let you know if the hair trick was possible.

More than likely not going to hairtrick a trunk on that single RE. More cone area, think you are bouncing that air around (read murdering your airflow) quite a bit before it hits your windows.

This, sub forward port forward is probably your best bet and thats with it tuned low say around 30 or lower. I had a FI Q 18 in a hatch tuned to 30 and could barely do one off 2k but this is because the sub and port were both back

Your best bet is a couple hccas on 6k tuned low with BIG ports. They move a LOT of air/hair

My single hcca 12 moved a little hair in a big ported box with sub up port up on 1k. My Rd alpha did the same thing on 1500 but you can just barely see hair movement lol

How about a 6th order for your sub now with a ton of power? Having the 6th order peak around ~30hz.

No the box design has quite a bit to do with it I would try subs forward port side and I bet you can fit a pair of 12's I fit a pair in an acura tl trunk.
