there is NO way insurance for you under your name would be $1000 a month that is $10k a year(kuz you pay in 10 months) no way unless you have like 3 duis and a butt load of acciendents and tickets. but just fix ur car. you tend to get worked up over little things and dream big, not a problem but not good. start small and work ur way up. hell i have to have my ***** rebuilt and it is $1200 to 1800 and i only payed 1200 for the car. but you ahve to do what you have to do. no get off the cruise and finish the wall

ya theres no way....is it just your name on the title? if so, thats retarded, and id get your mom/dad (who ever has a better record) on that title ASAP!

My car is under my mom's name... I only pay $300 a month for insurance. I got an insurance quote from several companies, car in my name and me on my own insurance... $1,000 a month..no lie.

i pay 58.85 a month for me and i have full coverage with a $500 deductable. that is with my moms discount kuz she works for the company, but even at other places i was quoted$80 a month for full coverage

WTF is with some of you and these astronomical prices you are paying on insurance? Is it Florida or something? I mean shit, I had 10 pts on my DL and an accident and the most I ever paid per month was 185 a month with a 500 deductiable and full coverage. Was on a 2002 Mazda Protege5. Now I have 0 pts(thank god) and I pay 90 bucks a month for full coverage. Shit my buddy had a dui and a shit ton of points on his dl and paid just a little over 200 a month. You guys either have some shitty *** driving records or your insurance is screwing you over big time. I would go get some price quotes at some other places. Jesus!

My buddy Tom wants one... I told him I wanted a Charger and he said then I need to get out of car audio. I want something with a warranty, that looks DECENT and gets loud. xBs are cheap too!

100 hp, sure... but there are aftermarket parts to make it faster if it's not good enough for me. Car audio enthusiasts should not care about performance!

I don't care what people think of as far as looks... I like them, and they grew on my girl... that's all that matters IMO.

If you all are really paying that much for insurance... something is really wrong with your record..... im 22 and I pay 375/month for full coverage with 500 deductable on 4 cars- 03 lincoln navigator (mine) 01 jaguar (wifes) 00 mercury sable (work car) and 93 jeep cherokee (winter car) im married, but still.... 1000 a month i have a hard time believing

I've decided on a Scion xB if I get a new car... room for my 18, MAYBE two... ~35 mpg... $14 grand...but regardless of whether I keep the car or get a new one, I'm gonna have my system complete by 12/30.

Is it worth spending extra time and money to finish if you aren't gonna keep the car?
