yeah, because an 05 tahoe is gonna get you much more milage./..

But it would be so loud...pluss the Tahoes are very reliable.

Yea my shit is slow as hell. 4 cyl with 20's and roughly 150-200 in stereo. It will be even more ridicoulous after I add a wall. I put an air intake on it and im pretty sure it just made it slower. But the gas milage is great and I dont have to worry bout speeding tickets, except in school zones.

I've decided on a Scion xB if I get a new car... room for my 18, MAYBE two... ~35 mpg... $14 grand...but regardless of whether I keep the car or get a new one, I'm gonna have my system complete by 12/30.

Good deal...You might be able to do an xB with 2 18s...but wasnt someone else debating getting a scion xB and walling it ( I know you wont be walling it) But we changed his mind after we figured in the weight he would be adding with eqipment, and box, combined with small Horsepower. But I'll admit, an xB can get loud, and if thats what your looking for coupled with good gas mileage, you really cant beat it, unless you get a DD rex.

My buddy Tom wants one... I told him I wanted a Charger and he said then I need to get out of car audio. I want something with a warranty, that looks DECENT and gets loud. xBs are cheap too!

100 hp, sure... but there are aftermarket parts to make it faster if it's not good enough for me. Car audio enthusiasts should not care about performance!

I don't care what people think of as far as looks... I like them, and they grew on my girl... that's all that matters IMO.

dad bought explorer for like 4200 cash 1.5 yrs ago and parents pay insurance on that.

i pay for the cooper and insurance (only like 420 for 6 months so its not killing me)

only reason i didnt get one is becuase the power. i still like the look though, i like odd looking cars, xb, mini cooper....lol i dont care what anyone else thinks

get one and just mod throw a supercharger on it

Sounds like a plan man. Im sure with time and cash, that xB can have the performance you need. But hey look at me. Im a car audio enthusiast, and look what I drive...A FAWKING SINGLE CAB TRUCK. But hey where there is a will there is a way. 2 years ago when i bought this truck, there was no way I thought that I could get it as loud as I have gotten it...plus its getting louder everyday. Good luck man, and 2 18s in an xB would be sick.
