Walled vehicle plans/question

So I'm planning a wall build in my 2012 Malibu. I am gonna be doing 2 dc xl 18s on a dc 5k most likely. I know that I'm gonna be adding anhwhere from 5-600lbs just in the enclosure and 3-400 in equipment. My main question really is what kind of problems come or have people experiencedcommonly with a walled vehicle besides gas mileage and stuff breaking from bass?

Suspension sag, as well as excessive motor/transmission/powertrain stress. Inequitable braking, ect.

use birch plywood

2 layers sides 3-4 front band back

so its roughly 300lbs for the enclosure with woofers

another 300 in batterys and equipment or you could go with lifepo for 50lbs of equipment

that is like having 2 fat people in the car with you, you should be fine (although it probably will sag a bit)
