w7 question

i have my w7 on a zx1000.1 and i am considering getting a kicker zx1500. right now the sub is hooked up at 3 ohms on the zx1000 and its getting appx 700rms. im just wondering if it would even be worth getting a zx1500 for the power difference, i'd imagine it would be getting around 1200 or so at 3 ohms. what do you guys think?

Do you have the 12w7 or the 13w7?

If it's the 13w7, why don't you buy that PGX1200.1 that's listed in the classifieds? Guaranteed to give you 1200w rms @ 3 ohms. I wouldn't suggest more than 1K w being pushed into that 12w7 though.
