Yes, I think at least 1 mod should have banning powers.That power, as is being a mod, is a responsibility and privelege, not a gift or plaything. If abused, the powers should be revoked and the account deleted. The mod should be held to a higher standard.

The mods can circle-jerk each other all day long in the back room(with pics too), just leave it there.
