Some insurance companies have a separate section for car audio gear as well. Best to put down retail value though. Just in case.

I really wouldn't worry about the stickers. The rockheads don't know what Fi even is. I rock /////ALPINE across the windshield, and had a big KICKER LIVIN' LOUD decal on the back (40"x14"). Took the Kicker one off because it started to come up after I pressure washed the car.

camera can pick up the flex, if you keep the camera straight, which is **** near impossible without a tripod.

Raamat BXT is GREAT stuff. I used it for my doors, and couldn't be happier. Super sticky, and helps tremendously. Can't say anything about increasing SPL though. But it'll keep the bass inside the car, and not just rattling everything.
