yeah something really wrong running a saz 3000d and fosgate 400.2 off stock 105 alt. big 3 and kinetik 1800 with now voltage drop below 13.5 and ur getting this off 1000 watt amp

id check the grounds. make sure the contact area is really clean of paint. make sure all your connections are tight. get the batts checked. a bad cell can cause a lot of odd things to happen.

Well then u either have a bad alt or bad batts. 1k on 2 batts with a 105alt and dropping to the 12's is not normal..

i would say. all the batterys in the back have 88 or more % life left. i was thinkin the wal mart batt in front is whats to blame. since i tested my electrical at my local auto parts place. the alt was only needing to put out 40 amps out of 105.

you are correct bro. alpine pdx 1.1000 is only 4 & 2 stable . anything else it does not like but will play no problems

I was told by 3 different companies that you should never wire batteries together that arent the same.
I am assuming he has a lead acid with the agm. Unless the walmart is an agm

yeah i know its bad. in my 98 malibu i had big 3 upgrade 5 runs of 4 gauge 8 ground 4 gauge wires one yellowtop in the back and runnin a soundstream xxx 4000d @ 2ohms 2200rms and i would only drop to 13.8-.13.5 even with a aq 2200 @ .5ohm was dippin to 13.5

i was running two db drive pd2000.1 strapped at 1ohm . hence why i have 3 batts in the back. db drives ended up takein a sh^*

all batts are the same g34 yellowtop optimas. front is jst stock wally world battery. thinking of takeing a batt from the trunk and replaceing the front one . might fix my issue
