Venting Rear Deck?

This question is for anyone with a car whos back seats don't fold down (just part of one) like this:

My question is will this be enough venting from the trunk? Has anyone cut a vent slot in their rear deck, where the stock speakers are?? Any suggestions opinions are welcome,

Ah, great. Did he have both, cut slot and fold down? I'm not sure how big of a slot to make, i'll have a ported box with 1 15" Sx in the trunk.

venting the rear deck has only helped my systems.. its a good idea.

my car is a hatchback. It might as well be a vented rear deck. I did cut a long-oval hole in the rear deck of my ford probe, though. That helped a bit. Just cut anything that looks good.
