Using L O converters

Wondering before I try to install my SA amp for the second time if it is possible when using a line out converter to short out / damage the stock wiring harness. Also wondering if the Scosche LOC80 would do the job for a sa 3kd. After the first install it had me worried about what if my wiring harness was damaged? I have NEVER installed / used a LO converter..... but I was hoping to keep the stock radio on this install.

wired properly it shouldnt damage a thing

what year tahoe, does it have bose

the wires you'll need should be

yellow- brown+ for the left rear speaker

light blue- dark blue+ for the right rear speaker
