usamps help quick please!!!!!!!

HEY GUYS

i got 2 us amps xt4000d

they are supposed to be a mono amp and they have 2 channels?

and there not supposed to be bridgable but underneath the speaker terminals they show how to bridge the amps it ponts to the neg and the pos to hook your speaker wires to lol i am lost.

I just dont want to burn my amps up

so i am woundering if i just hook the sub to the left or right channel will it give me the total amp power or will it only give me the left channel or right channel power?

i am wanting to wire this up today please help me thanks.
