We must have installed probably 2/3 of the VLX-400's ever produced. Those things were a hot ticket back then among those that wanted the "biggest", "longest" etc. We'd place orders for a couple at a time and Jack was like "****, these are more of a marketing item and you guys are selling them like hotcakes". Shut up and ship 'em. Those were the good ole days of car audio. I miss the USA-800 and the VLX-400 the most. Does anyone remember the Crunch 50SHC? That was cool for the time also.
