erm yea that ebay guy lol hes the guy that borrowed 36 MD2's and refused to return/pay usamps back. now hes selling them on ebay for freakin cheap, also no warranty.

borrowed? i dont know too much about USAmps, but i would assume that theyre at least a half decently large company. and why would a half decently large company or any company let an ebay seller borrow amps?

actually usamps isnt large at all... just like TRU, they are only composed of no less than 15-20 people (from what ive seen).

the story behind that ebay seller is (what ive been told), that USAmps lent him the amps for a sponsorship (or something like that), and he just ran off with them, not paying usamps back or anything. USamps had no idea he was selling on ebay. He owns a B&M store, but even having a store, and selling the merlin on the internet at that price, is a breach of his dealer agreement, (i dont see how he is even a dealer if he jacked usamps).

Merlin and AX line are NOT supposed to be sold authorized on an internet store whatsoever. Ebay is even worse.

He is NOT A DEALER, he got them from P & E in Nashville, TN. Ateast this is what he told me. He said you have to buy from an authorized dealer first before you can be an authorized dealer, then US AMPS would let you be an authorized dealer.

alright I got a few when my friend worked at us for cheap and they were bought leagaly we used those for competitions. I can buy these amps for ******* plus shipping from US Amps. This is dealer cost. When I buy alot of amps I can get them for a little cheaper for instance I bought 36 of them last time I placed an order. Nobody else has the capital to do this. So yes you will have a warranty as long as you say you bought the amp from my shop and not ebay.

I don't know if I would call him fat, he is a big guy though...over 6 foot. I am unsure if he is running a straight-up scam though. But I just drove to oak ridge and met the guy...I can't say I know him.
