:mad:i have a major problem and i cant pinpoint what/where it is.

when i turn my radio up the bass hits then dramatically reduces. and it hits like normal. and repeats on every beat and bass line

when the bass hits the viltsge drops around9.25 volts, then the subs loose power. and start back again.

somone help me:mad:

subs. 2 rochford fosgate p3s

amp. sony xplode:emb: 1200 watt

head unit. eclipse 3200

the mods ive done are big 3. and an extra battery.

voltage right before cranking (read off capacator is 11.50) NOT ACC cant check the other. left the voltmeter at the car lot (work)

middle finger size wireing ALL pos. and neg.

Since you have 2 batteries, have you checked your inline fuses between the two batteries? Sounds like the rear battery is not getting a charge and is now dead. Start the car for about an hour at idle (no audio), then check the voltage again. If it did not charge the rear battery, that is your issue.

try doing a volatge drop on your wires this can narrow the problem down

this is the easist way to tell right here its called a voltage drop take a DMM and put it on dc volts turn the amps on and have em drawing some kinda power(they have to be using power for it to work right) then put on meter lead on one end of ur wire then the other one on the other end of the wire(on the same wire not a + and - still hooked up to the amps or whatever it is) with the amps on and drawing power(playing) the DMM should read 0v anything more means u are losing voltage in your wires this is a common practice in the automotive industry for checking starter and alt wires it will work on the positive and negative wires just make sure ur leads are on the same wire
if u drop alot of volts just start bringing your meter leads in on the wire until u find the problem
