UPS shipping issue

So last week my wife went to Cali and had a baby shower with her family out there. I had her ship all the stuff she received back to the house (3 boxes worth) via ups. Had her ship it on my business account so her dad or myself didn't have to pay anything up front. We got the packages yesterday as expected. What was unexpected is that the boxes had been opened and went through and re-taped. One of the boxes was missing several items. Someone stole a bath temperature thermometer, a couple pairs of baby shoes, 4-5 outfits, and some baby blankets. Filed a claim and they are coming out to look at everything next week. Just crappy that someone would steal from my baby like that.

DUDE I WORK FOR WALMART AND I UNLOAD TRUCKS FOR 7 YEARS FOR THEM. people take everything bro they dont care. food,ipods,candy,drinks,old food its just how it is. i seen it all i seen some one take a shotgun bb gun out the door down there pant legs. 24 ipods, 3 xbox 360s. one of those sony 1000 watt 2 channel amps. dvd's , i seen a guy put on 4 extra shirts so he had 5 shirs on and walked out the door. he did have on a coat lol.

I figure it was either someone at the ups store or the hub. outside of that i doubt anyone would of had time to go through everything.

What kind of boxes were they shipped in? Anything with an indication of the contents? If it wasn't taped up good it probably got opened up being tossed around the hub, someone wanted some shit and took it.

3 basic boxes. no markings. no wording or anything like that. Was triple taped.

I thought that at first but when i asked her about it she said she made sure she hadnt said anything about it
