I had that happen to the first box I shipped. Ever since then, I have put extra bracing on every corner.

doesn't look THAT damaged, just the corner right? lay the wood filler/wood glue to it.. and make something :/lol.

seriously though, wood filler and a sander would fix that right up. If it were me, id take it over to a truck bed place and have it sprayed so you cant see your filling/sanding work.

That damage, from what I can see from the pics, is purely cosmetic. The internal port walls were not damaged, port still appears sealed, nor was port length compromised in any way. Its a bummer it needs some cosmetic work now, assuming the port will be exposed to view, but it likely wont affect the performance any.
